Last night for dinner we had one of the best things my man knows how to make, sherried beef.
Ingredients:
2 pounds of beef steak, cut into cubes
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of Lipton Onion's soup mix
3/4 cup of Sherry
Instructions:
Preheat over to 325 degrees
In a deep casserole dish place the beef and the mushroom soup.
Sprinkle the meat mixture with the onion soup mix.
Add the sherry and stir everything together.
Cover and bake for 3 hours.
Serve with rice or egg noodles.
