I have just found the cutest thing EVER! I so want one for myself, unfortunately they only make them for little girls.

Be Jeweled Designs (http://www.bejeweleddesigns.net/index.php) makes these adorable tutus for girls and babies. (So wishing I had a baby right now).

I'm absolutely loving the blue one. They are so cute it's almost nauseating.

The site is currently being revamped but http://www.sirendoll.com.au/ they have some cool tutus there. I got one a few years ago! I love them. :)
